Another owners ZVH conversion.

 

I've recently been discussing ZVH conversions with a guy called Ilpo who has also done his own engine which he's fitted into a MK3 Escort.
He's kindly sent me some pictures which are below.
There are a few differences to mine, he managed to squeeze a crankcase breather pipe behind the Turbo in the original Zetec position.
His water pump plate goes further up and behind the tensioner, that's a good idea, I should have done it that way. 

And he's used a blanking plug hole in the crankcase for the oil return for the turbo.
